The steam unit blew a 20amp fuse, and made a loud pop at the unit along with a flash that I could see through the tent. Very dangerous! Also dangerous is that if the steam nozzle’s cap is left on inside the tent and the steam unit is turned on, the cap doesn’t blow off. Instead the steam creates a dangerous amount of pressure in the unit, and appeared to be very close to exploding. As a side note, the internal plastic tubes that make up the tent’s frame aren’t any type of standard sizing that can be found at a hardware store. One of mine broke, and I had to repair it which is a long story. The steam unit also continues to run even after the steam timer stops. It has to be unplugged to stop it, which is a pain if the nearest outlet isn’t easily accessible- mine was behind the tent. I thought it was a defective steamer but Nurecover’s customer service explained that it needed to be unplugged to turn it off.If I could return it I definitely would.
