I ordered the TropicPro and received the Tropic. Have not received the replacement and the original

I ordered the TropicPro, but received the regular model - the key differences being upgraded “triple insulation”, a bigger steamer, and the red light therapy. All three of these were missing from my order. I reached out to customer services to say this, sending pictures confirming I had received the wrong steamer and insulation. Customer services confirmed I had received the wrong steamer and ordered a replacement - this was on 6th July, when I got an order confirmation for a replacement. I have still not received this steamer. Customer services said I could keep the incorrect steamer I have received, however, one of the prongs on the plug for the steamer has snapped and I have not been able to use this. Customer services have not acknowledged this issue despite me telling them it broke and shared a picture of it. This has not happened to me with any other electronic device I have bought, suggesting to me this steamer is of poor quality. Also, customer services have said there is no upgraded insulation for the TropicPro, despite the website showing otherwise and hence haven’t agreed to send me the triple insulation that is supposed to come with the TropicPro. The red light therapy arrived separately a week after the rest of the sauna arrived. As of 26th July, I am still waiting for Nurecover to reach out to me to resolve this.
