I received the steam sauna and on opening this product, setting it up and powering up the boiler, I could see defects in the stitching and poles. I have started an email dialog with Nurecover and they are trying anything to get out of rectifying the situation. Please see below and I would honestly stay away from this company. Unfortunately, this product is not what we expected, given that it is one of the more expensive home saunas we thought it would perform better than it has. The plastic tubes bend when the sauna heats up and also the stitching on the tent is suspect in places.Due to us only using this today for the first time, but having unboxed it a few days ago and the fact that we initially had confidence in this product, we have already disposed of the packaging.Please can you issue a full refund and instruct me on how you would like your product returned. I disagree with your comments and state that the product is faulty and therefore I will require a full refund. I have copied trading standards into this email and I will also begin to post online, and on social media platforms, the quality of this faulty product that you have sent me, along with pictures and the dialog we have had to date, if this is not resolved in a timely manner. I have not received a reply as of yet, I will update the outcome Today I have received what I can only assume is a computer generated email from Nurecover, as you can see below. I had already put the dialog that I had with this company in the post! the order number is within the post! as you can see, another tactic.
