I ordered the Tropic pro sauna and they sent me the standard one. When I called they told me it couldn’t be returned because it had been delivered. Also got advised that I wouldn’t be entitled to the free ice bath because I used a discount code. They offered to send the red lights separately that was also missing but I this would still leave me with the wrong steamer and smaller tent. I threatened to call trading standards and they changed their minds, now saying it can be returned by responding to a email they will send. I never received a email. Currently being escalated to management. UPDATE: I’ve been contacted and advised of an issue their end. They have currently offered a 20% refund and to send me the Pro version in two weeks when back in stock. If this all happens then I will be changing this review to a good score.
