28/7 email received from seller stating refund has been processed and to allow 3-5 business days to be seen.I won’t hold my breath until the full amount has clearly been credited! 24/7 sent seller a letter via email from a UK Trading Standards template owing to goods supplied not being fit for purpose and again asking for action by means of full refund. This letter asked for a response within 14 days.22/7 update - still NO response whatsoever.18/7 update - still no response despite providing details as requested.Considering the speed of the auto-reply to this review from nurecover, the response to my complaint is nowhere near the expected same.Ring any bells?16/7 update- having read the generic response from Nurecover I have fulfilled the request for more details using the form provided by trustpilot. Let’s see how long it takes Nurecover to contact me. Abhorrent customer service and not interested in the truth, instead claiming the issue with my ice bath are 'normal' and caused by 'prolonged exposure to direct sunlight', which are false as my bath experienced colour bleed from the black cover into the white inflatable band of the top within 24h of first setup, and it lives next to my house outside which faces north and is never in sunlight, let alone direct sunlight. Persistent emailing on my part has now been met with silence and I've needed to consult trading standards. All i've asked from Nurecover is that they1. acknowledge my issue is genuine (as i supplied a video and photos of exactly what happened, as requested)2. Fulfil the promise of the product as advertised '1 year full guarantee' and simply offer a full refund or a replacement, irrespective of now having missed the '90 day return window' which in my view is unrelated to a genuine warranty issueNurecover have left us with a product we don't want to use and enjoy, have belittled our enquiry and completely undermined our trust as consumers. We are out of pocket, have spent hours of our time trying to pursue a simple claim for a product we bought safe in the knowledge it would be covered (as advertised) if there were any issues.Not impressed. Will not be recommending anyone buys anything from this business if they cannot fulfil the No.1 obligation: DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
