The steam sauna is absolutely unreal. Took like 5 mins to set up and figure out. Very simply and easy. The steamer works great and is easy to use essential oils . Included was an ice bath and once your figure out the water level it works . Not built for super tall ppl but the smaller it is the less water you need. I highly recommend the sauna/ bath combo! Hit the ice bath for 5 min then 30 min steam and you’ll feel amazing
