I ordered the Pro pod ice bath with chiller on June 28th and have yet to receive the chiller (after it said 5-7 days delivery). The pod itself was delivered (looks like good condition) but I await the chiller. I have contacted this company via phone and email on 3-4 separate occasions and still await an answer as to where my chiller is after spending 1200$. I just want to know when it’s coming. If I would have known it would have been this long, I wouldnt have bought it.
