It’s fantastic, just know what you’re buying it’s not a sauna it’s a steam room. Most bad feedback seems to be pole thinking they just bought a sauna. The size is great I’m 6 foot and can stand up plus any higher and you’d lose the heat The steamer is ok I’m very far south and it’s winter here so I got another one (crazy I know but I like it super hot) and it’s too much now ha. I put in a Bluetooth ear bud and sweat out the day relaxing to a podcast.I can’t explain properly how much I’m getting out of it, it puts me in a better mood I’m a gardener and my body can be strained from work but sitting in the steam feels great and I’m more limber from it afterwards I also feel like I’m sleeping better too I like the steam it makes it more intense but less threatening than a saunas dry heat and I’m unsure about the red light therapy but I do feel like DarthVedar in there which is cool The construction and materials are great it’s definitely worth it I use it almost daily after work and it’s had no issues except I wasn’t getting hot enough outside I imagine inside it wouldn’t have been fine it’s 8c here some evenings outside. I didn’t get the cold plunge I’m not brave enough but I’m loving the steam sauna
