First, On the website it wouldn’t let me start a return so I had to contact them to even start one. When I finally started the return I shipped it out with UPS next day air which I believed was going to expedite the process. After contacting them over and over again they said it can take up to 10-15 business days to receive the refund which is ridiculous. It has now been over 15 business days and have yet to receive a refund. I keep contacting them via chat and they keep following up with their finance team but nothing has been done yet. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU NEED TO RETURN! Another aspect that was even more unpleasant was that there phone number doesn't work. I have only been able to contact them via phone once and all the others went straight to voicemail.
