The Sauna gets very hot and the Infrared is a wonderful addition.The Ice Bath is exceptional. I was a skeptic; but I see and feel the feel difference. The set-up is pain free. Customer service is very helpful and prompt at replying via email with regards to any questions or concerns. This product is used consistently. Great purchase ! 🇨🇦🤘🏻
