So I stumbled upon this great company a few months ago while I was in the market for a sauna and cold plunge that didn't break the bank. I was sold on the idea of buying a sauna and getting a cold plunge for free. I will admit I didn't do enough research to notice that they are based in the UK, as I am in New York, but that hasn't changed anything. Shipping felt long, but I did menage them and they contacted me back quickly. When I received my shipment, it was easy to put together and I put them in my basement in case of water damage to my floors. I use my sauna and cold plunge twice a day and can't wait to get in them from the start. One day I Smelled what seemed to be a burning plastic smell coming from the water heater. I contacted customer support and within a few hours they contacted me back, confirmed my address and quickly sent a replacement to me. I also asked about the red light sauna as it came out shortly after I purchased mine, they confirmed my address and sent me one right away and I'm looking forward to adding it to my routine. I'll admit I browsed through some comments on here that didn't sound delightful l, but I assure you their rating should not be a 3.9, it Should be upper 4 stars, if not a solid 5. I will update if anything changes, but I assure you it is a product for the price and I would recommend again and again. Thanks!Mikey M.
