I received the Sauna back in September 2023 and have been using it 3 times a week since. I have had no issues with the heater and enjoy the performance of the sauna. I did reach out to the company back in September after their website went offline while they were performing upgrades and they quickly responded and provided the information I was looking for. Overall I am happy with the product and service I have received and I am looking to get more of their products.
