I have only received the ice Bath but even that has the lid missing. I still haven't received my sauna. I haven't even been given a tracking number. Emailed them and sent messages on messenger and they don't even reply. I've been SCAMMED!! Do NOT buy anything from them. Its disgusting. Not I have lost nearly £400!! They should go to prison for what they are doing.
