Customer service is perfect and straight forward. Go on there website to talk to them. The steam sauna is amazingly hot. Cooks you like a lobster. I bought the infra-red one but the infra-red was broken so I haven't gotten to experience it yet. But as soon as I messaged them and sent a video boom they are already delivering it to me!
