Purchased the Nurecover Tropic sauna and free ice bath 4 months ago. Not sure if there is a day I haven't used it. Great product. Did have a minor issue just this week, which was quickly resolved within the hour. The customer service representative(Daniel) was very helpful. Would recommend this unit to anyone.
