Update May 2024, steamer died...They sent a replacement CS really good & showed up fairly fast. The remote didn't work & they replaced it 2 more times - (June/July 2024) none worked. Then Sept the LED display busted - again contacted CS told not covered by warranty. Now once again the steamer has malfunctioned starts heating as usual... After a minute it shuts off. I have contacted CS & tried sending MSG in the contact us - no reply at all yet. Will update later. I have the ice plunge & last Christmas got the home sauna. They have both made a huge difference for me in recovery for not only muscles & relaxation but as a tools to aid in healing my nervous system. Only bummer is the relight sauna & discount ($100) came out within a month of my purchase!Bottom line-great cost & results. Affordable products for self care & wellness.
