By far, the worst experience I have ever had with a product purchased online. Do not be fooled by the great ads!! I purchased the sauna and ice bath combo, with the ice bath being delivered within a few days, however, the sauna took over 14 days as it was shipped directly from their Chinese warehouse. When chasing this, they kept blaming the “courier”, and offered me a 10% discount. HOWEVER, they never gave the discount as once I responded to claim it, they stated that it had finally been delivered so my only option was to return it. Imagine my first expertise with the brand being a delay and fault on their part and then going back on their word. I kept the sauna, however, in less than a month and realistically between 10-14 uses, the sauna broke. Essentially, the product is rice cooker with a tube that feeds into a tent. Nothing wrong with that, but when you break it down, the profit margins must be huge. And great for them. The lid on the “rice cooker” has broken along the seam, as it was clearly a design fault. After immediately emailing pictures, they arranged a replacement lid straight away, great right? Well.. I have been waiting a month for the replacement lid and every time I track the item it is still in the warehouse in China. Whenever I chase up the email I get a generic response which is copy and pasted or AI as each week I get word for work the same response. I have asked for it to be escalated, however, it appears that no human must work there or, nobody wants to take ownership of the situation. As ever week the copy and pasted response that tells me somebody will be in touch with a resolution is not fulfilled. In short, the concept is great, the execution ia terrible. This screams a brand that is doing with an ad campaign but can’t deliver on the service. So instead of turning down the ads to deal with supply and service, their greed has taken over and lack of customer service makes no sense. What’s more misleading is they only post their positive reviews on their website and do not have any intention of delivering a good customer experience.
