First of all, I paid for the red light sauna and received the regular one. The red light has still not come in the mail and it's been a few weeks. That's the first disappointment.Secondly, after I put the sauna together, I was shocked to realize that the "sauna" is actually just a steaming machine in a tent. A sauna is supposed to be dry heat; this is wet heat. So the false advertising is the 2nd disappointment of many.Thirdly, after I saw that the product was not as stated online, I never used it and boxed it back up. Then I initiated my return. Upon receiving the shipping address for returns from customer service, I learned that they do not provide a shipping label for a product you're unsatisfied with, even though the warranty says there's a money-back guarantee. Sure, there's a money back guarantee if you don't mind spending $75-$150 on return shipping. No seriously - the cheapest shipping option to return the product is $75. I've never been more dissatisfied with a product in my life. Had they just told the truth, and said this was a steamer instead of a sauna, I never would've bought it. If I have further issues, I'm tempted to press charges over false advertising. Lastly, they delete negative comments on their social media so I'd be shocked if this stays up.Do yourself a favor and do NOT trust this company.Update - they commented on this post, but they haven’t responded to any emails or provided any helpful feedback. I’m still stuck with a product I don’t want, and I still haven’t received the product I paid for!Update - it is now March 25, over a month after my purchase, and I still have not received the red light for the "red-light sauna". Additionally, their support team responded to my email about the steep shipping costs basically saying something along the lines of, "too bad that shipping is so expensive. Either pay the $150 or keep the product you don't want".
