My husband and I have had a Nurecover Ice Bath since May 2023 and have really enjoyed it. We have more energy and better recovery from workouts. February 2024 we noted a few holes in the bottom inside layer of the tub that was trapping water. We have been diligent with care for the tub. Due to the location and perpetual water trapped in the layers, we were unable to patch it. We reached out to the service team by email and phone and they are sending us a replacement tub. The rep I worked with, Kis, was helpful, friendly, and quickly was able to get us a replacement for the tub itself. I definitely recommend Nurecover for the price, quality, and service.
