This is such a scam! Ordered the ice bath as a gift for my husband for Christmas and he set it up on Christmas Day to find that the lid is not included: I went ahead and ordered the Lid on Christmas Day after reaching out to the company by email. My order has never arrived and after chasing it up with multiple emails I always get the same response. That someone is reissuing the order or following it up but then nothing! It’s now March! I am going to report this to trading standards as they are clearly fraudulent.
