Ordered a $400 red light therapy sauna from this company with the free ice bath included. This was meant to be a gift for my boyfriend. Shipping came quickly but upon receiving the items we opened and went to put together the sauna only to realize that not only did they NOT include the red light therapy, which I paid MORE money for, but also that they sent us a USED sauna. The steamer was covered in gunk and grease. It had OBVIOUSLY been used. Additionally, the tie that keeps the sauna cover rolled up was ripped and frayed, another piece of evidence proving that it was used prior. Additionally, the ice bath did not come with the cover lid, the light strip, and we were missing the red light therapy. I immediately emailed the company for assistance as I was furious and EMBARRASSED that I had purchased this as a gift only for it to arrive and be used. I can’t even begin to describe how disgusting and unethical a company has to be to send a used sauna to a customer. I also commented on their instagram to let them know about the situation and they deleted my comments. I attempted to contact their customer service over the phone but it immediately goes to voicemail. This company is obviously a SCAM and is trying to make it as difficult as possible to receive any kind of assistance. I will report them to the BBB if I do not receive ACTUAL assistance.
