My wife recently purchased the sauna and ice bath from Nurecover after reading that sauna may improve cardiovascular function via improved endothelium-dependent dilatation, reduced arterial stiffness, modulation of the autonomic nervous system, beneficial changes in circulating lipid profiles, and lowering of systemic blood pressure. Why is that important, well at 48 years old I suffered a heart attack. I had full collapse/blockage of the “widow maker”.The sauna has been a life changer. I typically use it three to four times a week for about 20 minutes. We had an issue with our steamer and Nurecover’s customer service was very helpful. We were emailed right away that our replacement unit was shipped. Since having the sauna in our home gym area, the whole family is using it. My boys love it during wrestling season to help with weight control for duels.For the price, you can't go wrong with this unit. The advantages of having this at home is great.
