When I ordered the product their system disguised an option for more product, albeit with out the discount offered on my order. I was tricked into accepting the additional order. When I realised what i had done I immediately reported it to their support staff LOOKING FOR A REFUND. I was told it was "already shipped". This would have been impossible to achieve in the short time between the over order and the email response. Support said I could return the extra when it arrived. It did arrive and I initiated the return process, Support described the process as being lengthy and cumbersome. They suggested a settlement with a partial refund and no returns required. I only get ¼ of my money back but no further hassle and i keep the extra product (which is rubbish). By then I was sick of the to and fro emails and accepted the partial refund. I suggest:- STAY AWAY FROM THEM
