I ordered two jackets, unsure about the sizes due to confusing charts. While both jackets were somewhat acceptable, they didn’t match the photos. We decided to keep one but want to return the other. Naturally, they aren’t responding to my return request. I regret not checking reviews before ordering. They seem to target younger audiences. It's better to shop elsewhere!
