I ordered a winter coat for my daughter, originally priced over £70 but discounted to £42. The online image looked identical to what she wanted, so I purchased it. When it arrived, I was incredibly disappointed; the quality was shocking, and it didn’t match the picture. The coat felt poorly made. I wouldn’t have bought it if I had seen it in a store. Trying to return it has been a nightmare; my requests for a return label have gone unanswered. I feel conned and robbed. From what I’ve read in other reviews, it seems unlikely that I’ll get my money back. Save yourself the trouble and buy in a store where you can assess the quality and easily return items!
