If I could give a zero rating, I would. The items finally arrived, but they were not at all what I expected and the quality is terrible. I've sent over six emails without any response. I paid through a payment service and have involved their dispute team as well. Save yourself the trouble and avoid ordering from this seller. The customer service is non-existent, and the clothing is below market standards. I am very disappointed since both items were meant as Christmas gifts; they were so bad that I felt embarrassed to do anything with them, so they remain in their packaging, ready to be returned, as they are only suitable for the trash! If the company happens to read this, please don't bother with discount offers; the items are awful and I simply want a full refund, including the return shipping costs, as they do not match the description. I shouldn't have to pay for this.
