The remaining ones were in terrible condition—wilted, unhealthy, and clearly not cared for.I sent them photos as proof, requested a refund for the dead plants, and asked when the missing item would be delivered. They have completely ignored my messages. No response, no resolution, no accountability.This is not just poor service—it’s unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and do not order anything from this website. There are far more reliable and customer-friendly options out there.
