1. I placed two orders as follows:- - Order No. NLV1411534222 Dated 20 Oct 2022 for Ranunculus Bulbs and Hyacinth bulbs - Order No. NLV 1411543649 dated 07 Nov 2022 for Royal Ranunculus bulbs.2. Both orders have not materialised. 3. An email to their customer care has gone unanswered. There is no telephone number listed on their website.4. Apparently this is a company not serious about honouring a confirmed and paid for order. 5. I am filing a complaint against them with the consumer court for not honouring the order placed with them along with payment made in advance.5.
