There is no compromise on comfort when we travel as a family. We don't mind spending extra, but our experience was terrible. We always aim for the best hotel rooms since we have kids with us. Unfortunately, the service failed to deliver on their promises. After a long journey, we expected a quality room, but what we received was far from satisfactory. The rooms were small and not at all what we anticipated. When we reached out for assistance, we were told we got what we paid for. Additionally, the sites we visited were not as promised. We paid extra for better accommodations, yet it was all a disappointment. I cannot recommend this service for umrah travel. Our family is very dissatisfied, and we will not engage with this company again.
