The company charges for services in the US and then requires payment again for the same services in Saudi Arabia during Umrah. When I contacted their customer service, they assured me a refund was coming. However, they make false promises and use greetings to gain trust, all while being far removed from true Islamic principles. They are deceiving customers. I strongly advise against using their services.
