The customer service is extremely poor. While ordering was straightforward, resolving my issue proved to be a challenge. (spoiler: it was never resolved) I was charged for and received two boxes of a product, each costing $50, and when I tried to address the problem, it took weeks to reach someone by phone. Even then, they claimed they couldn't find any record of the double charge. I sent them photos of the products and my bank statements, yet no action was taken. I was essentially told to either accept the situation or take the extra box to a pharmacy for disposal (what??). A $100 charge at once is significant for me, and not receiving even an apology feels disrespectful. This company is disappointing, and their customer support is nearly nonexistent.
