Great customer service and such a simple system to use! I've been using them for a year now and have no complaints. They listened to my request for a certain birth control and made sure that that's exactly what was sent to the pharmacy. I appreciate the quick responses when I do have questions as well. Can't beat it!

Terrible customer service. Will charge your card for no treatment, or service. I had to contact my bank to have them dispute this transaction multiple times, despite me writing to nurx to cancel my service ahead of charges. Declined refund. Very poor company I would use a different tele health company instead, there are dozens.

The platform this company uses is incredibly confusing and buggy. I highly doubt you are ever communicating with a real person. The messaging and and communication is extremely confusing. They do not bill insurance correctly and incredibly unhelpful. OK in a pinch if you need a script filled but avoid otherwise.

Once reliable, now frustratingly inconsistent.

It used to be a great service, but something has shifted. I can no longer receive my medication on the regular schedule it once had. They altered their pricing without any notification, halted shipments, and I had to manually request a refill. After that, they sent two refills in one week, but now it’s been two months without receiving anything. I'm not sure what changed, but it's become more trouble than it's worth.

Extremely Frustrating Experience

If I could rate this lower than one star, I would. The information provided on the website is useless. They will indicate that a medication has shipped, but when you reach out for tracking details, you find out the pharmacy never sent it. No matter when you call, they always say they "can't provide any further information because the pharmacy is closed for the day."

Extremely poor customer service experience.

The customer service is extremely poor. While ordering was straightforward, resolving my issue proved to be a challenge. (spoiler: it was never resolved) I was charged for and received two boxes of a product, each costing $50, and when I tried to address the problem, it took weeks to reach someone by phone. Even then, they claimed they couldn't find any record of the double charge. I sent them photos of the products and my bank statements, yet no action was taken. I was essentially told to either accept the situation or take the extra box to a pharmacy for disposal (what??). A $100 charge at once is significant for me, and not receiving even an apology feels disrespectful. This company is disappointing, and their customer support is nearly nonexistent.

Extremely disappointing experience

My experience was extremely disappointing. They allowed my prior authorization to expire in June. When I reached out, there were no apologies or explanations about the mistake. I was hoping for some clarity to prevent future issues. They then submitted an incorrect prior authorization for just one month instead of three. When I contacted them through the website, they blamed my insurance, which was not the case as confirmed by my insurance provider. They only received the one-month authorization. I went through endless automated messages with them and finally had to call my local provider to get a prescription. It feels like no real person actually reads the messages at all. Now, it's mid-December, and this is unacceptable. I advise against using them for anything other than basic medication needs, as they seem incapable of handling anything else. I'm concerned they may be contributing to making reproductive health inaccessible. I rely on my medication for migraines too, and I caution anyone about the health risks due to medication lapses, as they seem indifferent.
