Order large bulk porcelain 6 palets in end off March
When you leave items in basket they will ring you every hour to make payment , day after day .
Finally we make choice and pay for items .
That was big mistake, they ring to pay for order that wasn’t even in stock
No single phone call abaut order , no delivery date , nothing.
After two weeks waiting I was ring them for update , just hear lies after lies that delivery will be same week , next day call again and hear that delivery will be another week, just delay you so you not cancel order . Don’t trust to anything they say as is no truth
Will use different company who offer next day service
If they playing with refund I will take them to court for all losses they caused. We have large delays with project now .
