Beautiful Tiles, but Issues Persisted

The tiles are beautiful, but some had manufacturing defects (not just damage during transport as suggested in their response). Although the company agreed to issue a refund, it has not been processed yet. Eventually, I did receive the refund.

Poor Communication from Customer Service

There were initial delays with my order. Each time I contacted the company, I received different explanations or promises of callbacks that never happened. I eventually canceled my order, thinking that would be the end, but four weeks later, I still had no refund. When I reached out again, the excuses continued, and I had to open a dispute to resolve the issue. Their communication was very poor throughout the process.

Frustrating Experience

I had a terrible experience overall. I placed an order, which was supposed to be delivered within 10 working days, but after no updates, I found out they couldn't fulfill my order despite taking my payment. They offered no information on when the stock would be available. I canceled my order due to a specific timeframe and was told it would take 10 days to process my refund, but I had to chase them for an email confirmation that never arrived. Over 10 days later, I still haven't received my money, and they keep saying it's being escalated without any real action.

Stock Issues and Slow Refund Process

The items I ordered on October 13th were never delivered, despite being listed for 4-8 day delivery on the website. After numerous inquiries without clear answers and having made arrangements for the job, I requested a cancellation and a full refund. They agreed on November 5th, promising the refund would be processed within 5 to 10 business days. Now, 19 days later, I still haven’t seen the refund. I was told they are experiencing issues with their payment system. I would advise avoiding this company, as they cannot be trusted. *EDIT: After posting this review, the company contacted me, resolved the refund quickly, and offered compensation. It was a frustrating experience overall, but I am satisfied with the outcome in the end.*
