They offered no information on when the stock would be available. I canceled my order due to a specific timeframe and was told it would take 10 days to process my refund, but I had to chase them for an email confirmation that never arrived. Over 10 days later, I still haven't received my money, and they keep saying it's being escalated without any real action.
