***Updated Review*** After my previous review, the company reached out, resolved my issues, and returned my money along with a 5% refund on a past purchase. This is some of the best customer service I’ve encountered. That said, the initial problems still occurred. I ordered two pallets of a specific product and was informed they couldn’t provide it, leading to a promised full refund that I still haven’t received four weeks later. The lack of accountability has been frustrating, as my job has been delayed, and I had to pay for the slabs again from another supplier. I’ve spent weeks trying to get my refund. After multiple calls and being given excuses, I was finally told the money was sent. However, a week later, there was still no money. They cited “system updates” as the issue and promised to process the refund manually. I’m still waiting. The call center staff seem uninformed, repeating scripted responses. This entire situation has been terrible, especially for a small business reliant on cash flow. I strongly recommend everyone to AVOID this company!
