The item was shipped promptly and arrived well packaged, without excessive materials, which I really appreciate. The box and filling were appropriately sized for the item. Overall, I would recommend this company.
I recommend Nutri, especially if you live in Sweden and are looking for products that are otherwise hard to find, such as Holland & Barrett vitamins. Nutri has proven to be a very reliable company over the past year and a half. While the delivery fee is a bit on the expensive side, the overall service is good. I hope they will continue to stock Holland & Barrett vitamin C products on their website.
They claim to send 2 emails when your package is delivered, but no emails are sent. When asked to show evidence of sending the emails, customer supportr is nowhere to be found. But 250kr in "penalty" for their own mistake is charged to your account.There are better sites out there that actually care about the customer experience.
