It’s impossible to contact them. I wanted to cancel my order the following morning about 11 hours after I placed it. I sent them an email, waited for a response, but to no avail. I then attempted to contact them on Facebook, also to no avail. I sent a couple follow-up emails which also had no response. I had to contact my bank requesting a chargeback, and only then did it seem possible for my order to be cancelled. Customers should be able to deal with cancellations and refunds directly with the merchant, and not have to contact their bank.
I placed an order for a 2kg bucket and a 1kg bag with a delivery estimate of 2-5 days. After 8 days without any updates, I reached out to the support team and received no response. Based on the reviews, it seems unlikely I will receive my order anytime soon. Very disappointing! I recommend looking elsewhere for your sweets.
I placed my order at the start of December and received an email indicating it was dispatched with a tracking number. However, days went by and the status remained unchanged. Today, I was asked for feedback on my delivery, but I haven't even received my items yet. This is frustrating—still no sweets.
If I could rate lower, I would. Based on other reviews, it seems I'm not alone in considering this place a complete letdown! I placed an order around early July and paid for a standard delivery expected within 3-5 working days. After 10 working days passed, I reached out only to be informed that the 3-5 days is not guaranteed. It feels unfair to charge customers for delivery when they know it won't arrive on time. Many others have received the same response about being 'very busy.' I admit I overlooked some details, but they are charging for a service that they can't fulfill on time, effectively making £3.95 for nothing. When I requested to cancel the order, I was told it was a custom order and couldn't be canceled. However, it hadn't even been processed yet, so why the issue? I've disputed the payment and included all correspondence. The customer service was abysmal. Despite their refusal to cancel, the order is still with the seller. The promised 3-5 working days has turned into an unreasonable delay. I would advise against purchasing from them.
I placed order 19405 two weeks ago and received an email saying it was dispatched. However, after a week and contacting the delivery service, the parcel is still with the sender. I've emailed four times with no response. I've reached out on social media and commented on posts, but there’s been no acknowledgment. Still waiting for a reply and my parcel. I should have heeded the reviews. I will continue to post on social media until I get a response and my parcel. I’ll update this post when I have news!
This is my second order, and I still can't comprehend the negative feedback about this service! It arrived in just a few days, and the bag was filled just as it was during my first order. All the sweets taste amazing—nothing stale or out of date. I was pleasantly surprised to find a small vegan mix pouch, perfect for my vegetarian relative. Thank you once again!
I would have rated this service zero if possible. This company is a total scam. They take your order and claim it will be delivered in 5 working days. On day 5, they provide a tracking reference, but the parcel remains with the sender. When you reach out, they initially ignore you, then offer excuses, saying it takes 5 days to process and another 5 to send. By day 10, the tracking still shows 'parcel with sender'. They refuse to issue a refund, claiming the parcel has been sent, yet the proof of postage indicates otherwise. I only got a refund after contacting my bank. Please STEER CLEAR of this company; they are the biggest scammers around!
