They completely messed up my order and the 'customer service' was utterly appalling. They were unresponsive and offered me a £15 as 'compensation' for failing to send me over £100 of stock. To add insult to injury the £15 voucher code doesn't work. I've been emailing them regularly since 8 November but they seemingly can't be bother to respond.An example of the shambles is that you've requested further information via Trustpilot when all you need to do is check your customer service email inbox.4 days later and still no response???
