Found this company via someone else's IG. Decided to take a look and was really impressed! I Ordered a case of 3d energy drink for dirt cheap and was blown away by the service, speed and communication. Really special business here and will deffo be back for more! Other companies could learn a thing or two from these guys. A*!
Their customer service really bad, I have put a order but auto address filler did not put my full adrress correct. then I've contacted them through e-mail and instagram to follow up they said there is nothing they can do even tho I messaged them 5 minutes after putting a order. then I got in contact with courier they said order has been cancelled and went back to sender. All of this happened nearly 1.5 weeks ago still no one has informed or replied to me. I have not received my refund and all of my messages left on seen
Had a very positive experience with this firm, the site is conveniently categorised and order updates are given appropriately after ordering. My order was shipped and arrived faster than expected and I was very pleased with the quality of the beef jerky (the large discount on bulk helped), will definitely be visiting again in the future for supps.
Excellent service with fast delivery, just as described. Any issues were resolved quickly and professionally, with a really helpful response. I’ll definitely be stocking up on gym goodies again when I run out!
