Regrettably, I didn’t check reviews before ordering from the company during their Black Friday sale for two protein isolates. After placing my order, I added a creatine to my cart just to check the price. To my surprise, a few hours later, I received an email confirming the unauthorized purchase of the creatine. I emailed the company twice without a response. After a few days, I called customer support, but they were unhelpful, telling me I could print a return label after receiving the product—incorrect information. I later learned I would have to pay for the return myself because I didn’t purchase their “insurance.” I’ve emailed them multiple times since with no reply. Additionally, the protein isolate has an unpleasant taste—this is the first brand I’ve tried that is so off-putting. I definitely do NOT recommend purchasing from this company!
