Review Time
Regrettably, I didn't consult reviews beforehand. I made my first purchase during a promotional event for two protein isolates. After completing my order, I added a creatine to my cart merely to check the discounted price. To my shock, a few hours later, I received an email confirming the purchase of the creatine—without my consent. I promptly reached out via email twice, but received no reply. After several days, I called customer support, who were unhelpful. They informed me that once I received the product, I could access a portal to print a return label (which turned out to be incorrect). I later discovered that I would have to cover the return shipping myself since I hadn't opted for their “insurance.” I have since emailed them multiple times with no response. Additionally, the protein isolate has an unpleasant taste—this is the first brand I've encountered with such a bad flavor and odor. I certainly do NOT recommend purchasing from this company!
I understand why there are several class action lawsuits against the company for mislabeling its products. Reaching customer service by phone is nearly impossible. I emailed them to ask for certificates of analysis for two of their supplements, but they replied citing proprietary concerns and refused to provide them. They only confirmed that the product had no contaminants. It's a major red flag when any supplement company won’t show you a COA, which is essential for verifying ingredient authenticity and dosage. It's unfortunate that they have declined in quality.
Don’t bother contacting customer service. I tried to change my delivery just one minute after placing my order, but I couldn’t. Despite being only a minute after the order, I was unable to cancel it. They wouldn’t even reach out to the shipping service, even though I was informed that the sender needs to make the call.

When I inquired about a price adjustment, I was told there was nothing they could do. I refuse to waste time on companies like this and will no longer do business with them.
