As a newcomer to supplements, I chose this company for its advertised Free Returns and Package Protection (which came with a small fee). This turned out to be completely misleading. On my second order, one of the products didn’t agree with me, and when I contacted the company, they informed me that it would cost $20 to return it, and the refund would be less than what I paid (after several phone calls). I was already frustrated because I received an email about special pricing that would have saved me $10 right after placing my second order. When I inquired about a price adjustment, I was told there was nothing they could do. I refuse to waste time on companies like this and will no longer do business with them.
