I posed a simple question to customer support: Are the capsules supposed to be white or brown? Mine are brown, while other reviewers mentioned white capsules. Color is not subjective. After an initial reply stating they would follow up in three days, I received no response after a week and a half, despite my continued inquiries. This raises concerns about their credibility. Caution is advised! I will never order from this company again!
