I ordered a teeth whitening kit, but when it arrived, it wouldn't turn on after charging. I tried calling the number listed on their website, but it didn't connect. I submitted a complaint online, and the next morning, their number called me but hung up after one ring. When I called back, their representative said they couldn't help me over the phone and I'd have to wait for a response to my complaint. I told them that was unreasonable. Two days later, they emailed asking for video proof of the product's malfunction. I provided it, then got another email asking if I had used it. I replied that since it wasn't working, I couldn't have used it! Eventually, I received an email stating I would get a full refund by tomorrow, but later they told me the refund would take 10 working days to process. The customer service is a complete joke, and I would recommend looking elsewhere rather than purchasing from this company.
