I ordered a teeth whitening kit. When it arrived I charged it up but then found that it wouldn’t switch on. I called the number on their website but it didn’t ring and sounded as if it wasn’t a valid phone number. I then submitted a complaint through the online form.

The following morning at 7.10am, I was called by their number. My phone rang once then they hung up. I called them back about half an hour later. I was told by their representative that they couldn’t sort this out over the phone and I would have to wait for a response to the online complaint form. I made it clear that I thought that was nonsensical.

Two days later they emailed me asking for video evidence of the product not working. I submitted this then had another email asking if I had used the product. I responded saying that as it wasn’t working I failed to see how I could have used it!

I then received an email stating that a full refund would be paid to my account by tomorrow, 16/1/2026. Yesterday, I received another email stating that my refund was being processed and should be refunded to my account within 10 working days.

The customer service is an absolute joke and I’d advise anyone to go elsewhere instead of purchasing from this company.

Two days later, they emailed asking for video proof of the product's malfunction. I provided it, then got another email asking if I had used it. I replied that since it wasn't working, I couldn't have used it! Eventually, I received an email stating I would get a full refund by tomorrow, but later they told me the refund would take 10 working days to process. The customer service is a complete joke, and I would recommend looking elsewhere rather than purchasing from this company.

Completely absurd!

Completely absurd!! The tracking says my parcel was delivered, but it wasn't. I'm fed up with scam companies. I've emailed for a refund, and now I'm being ignored. It's an absolute joke. They should try earning money legitimately instead of scamming people.

Unacceptable Behavior When Returning a Product!

I placed an order and paid for postage for a service that promised delivery in 3-5 working days. After 10 days with no delivery, I contacted support for a refund, but they refused and said I had to reject the package upon arrival. When it finally arrived 14 days later, I did reject it. I followed up for a refund but was told it would only be processed once they received the goods, which was ridiculous since they could see I had rejected the package. Weeks later, I learned the parcel was lost, and I had to wait for them to file a claim with the courier before processing my refund. I involved my credit card company, which sided with me and issued a chargeback. It was a waste of time and effort. I suggest avoiding this company. While some have had good experiences, mine was terrible—definitely the worst with an online service! My advice is to steer clear and shop elsewhere!

Extremely disappointed with my treatment.

I'm really disappointed with how I've been treated as a long-time customer. I ordered a product I regularly buy, but instead received something completely different. When I contacted them, they insisted I must have ordered the wrong item, which I am certain I did not. They failed to provide proof of my supposed order and only sent an invoice for the incorrect item. I lodged a complaint, but they continued to deny responsibility. Now, I have to return the wrong product at my own expense to get the item I actually ordered. This is unacceptable customer service and feels like a slap in the face to a loyal customer. If I could give zero stars, I would, as they don't even deserve a single one.

Very likely a scam site. I ordered a serum, the money was taken from my account, but I received no confirmation email and no product. I advise against purchasing from them.

Never received my order.

I ordered a cream and never received it. After emailing, they claimed it was likely lost by the courier and promised a reimbursement. Three weeks later, nothing has happened. I received an email stating my case was closed, but that's not true since I haven't received either my cream or my money!

Pleasantly surprised by my order.

I ordered from this site, initially skeptical due to the lack of reviews. The name that appeared on my account seemed suspicious after payment, but to my delight, it turned out to be legitimate. The delivery was fast, arriving two days after my order. It was beautifully packaged with thoughtful details. I would definitely buy from them again, and their prices were very reasonable.
