I'm really disappointed with how I've been treated as a long-time customer. I ordered a product I regularly buy, but instead received something completely different. When I contacted them, they insisted I must have ordered the wrong item, which I am certain I did not. They failed to provide proof of my supposed order and only sent an invoice for the incorrect item. I lodged a complaint, but they continued to deny responsibility. Now, I have to return the wrong product at my own expense to get the item I actually ordered. This is unacceptable customer service and feels like a slap in the face to a loyal customer. If I could give zero stars, I would, as they don't even deserve a single one.
