I ordered a teeth whitening kit. When it arrived I charged it up but then found that it wouldn’t switch on. I called the number on their website but it didn’t ring and sounded as if it wasn’t a valid phone number. I then submitted a complaint through the online form.
The following morning at 7.10am, I was called by their number. My phone rang once then they hung up. I called them back about half an hour later. I was told by their representative that they couldn’t sort this out over the phone and I would have to wait for a response to the online complaint form. I made it clear that I thought that was nonsensical.
Two days later they emailed me asking for video evidence of the product not working. I submitted this then had another email asking if I had used the product. I responded saying that as it wasn’t working I failed to see how I could have used it!
I then received an email stating that a full refund would be paid to my account by tomorrow, 16/1/2026. Yesterday, I received another email stating that my refund was being processed and should be refunded to my account within 10 working days.
The customer service is an absolute joke and I’d advise anyone to go elsewhere instead of purchasing from this company.
