I would rate it 0/5 if I could. The order was placed on the 9th, and their website states dispatch would occur the next working day for delivery the following day if ordered after 1pm. However, it was not dispatched until the 16th, and I still haven't received it. I've sent multiple unanswered emails to customer support and was promised a call back that never happened. Terrible delivery and customer service.
