I had a very disappointing experience with this company. My original order was due for delivery on 16th March, and at no point was I informed that items were out of stock.
I was then reassured it would arrive on 21st March – it didn’t. I was again told it would be delivered on 25th March, only to be told on the day that it still wouldn’t arrive due to stock issues.
This is simply not acceptable. Customers should not be charged for items that are not available, and stock levels should be accurately reflected on the website. I was also told the order would be split to avoid delays, but this was never actioned.
Overall, there has been a complete lack of communication, repeated broken promises, and a very poor customer experience. I have now requested a full refund and will not be using this company again.
I would not recommend.
